90dayglobal.com is a tool for calculating days since a surgery. In US, payment for many surgeries includes any related services for the day before or 90 days after. So, if you had a total knee replacement on April 1st, and on April 30th you went to go see your surgeon, you already paid for that visit. If you see him on day 89, same thing. If you were a doctor/hospital... would you rather see people on day 89, or 91?
BMI Calculator is a tool for calculating BMI, AND automatically tells you how much weight needs to be lost to hit a target BMI- with a default goal of 40. I see obese patients come in every day seeking a joint replacement; there is a higher complication rate at higher BMIs, so many surgeons have a cut off. Ours happens to be 40.
Nightly star chart
I asked Claude to write a python script that takes a location and shows you the night sky, at 9pm every night. And it updates, every night.
I live in the suburbs so it only shows 1/3 brightest stars/constellations, because I find most star charts overwhelming. And 9pm just happens to be the time I walk my dog. I don't have a link to a version of this, but getting Claude to make it for you with your preferences really doesn't take too long.
