90dayglobal.com is a tool for calculating days since a surgery. In US, payment for many surgeries includes any related services for the day before or 90 days after. So, if you had a total knee replacement on April 1st, and on April 30th you went to go see your surgeon, you already paid for that visit. If you see him on day 89, same thing. If you were a doctor/hospital... would you rather see people on day 89, or 91?
